Absolutely!
If the pet owner cancels a pet sitting service less than 7 days in advance pet owner shall pay 35% of the original invoice amount or pet owner shall only receive a refund of 65% of the amount prepaid. If the pet owner cancels a pet sitting service within 48 hours in advance, the pet owner shall pay 50% of the original invoice amount or pet owner shall only receive a refund of 50% of the amount prepaid. If a pet owner cancels within 24 hours of service, there will be no refund. Additional rates apply during holiday stays and same-week bookings.
There is a 25% non-refundable deposit upon booking to hold dates. The remaining balance is due before or at the start of service.
